Knowledge Management is about connecting people to information. If SharePoint represents your document and workflow repository, Yammer is the medium that makes this information accessible. This session presents tools and techniques for the creation of a user-centric KM dashboard in Office 365 that bring the social aspect to the vast information repository available in organisations, and extend SharePoint’s collaborative capabilities by leveraging the connections that Yammer offers among people and groups. With Office Graph, the “sap” that gives life to all these connections, we then visualise all relationships existing between users and content through machine learning, making information accessible when and where it should be used.
